人工智能（AI）现在是全球政府部门、企业、教育机构和社会关注的热点。自计算机技术诞生以来，甚至在计算机技术诞生多年前的科幻故事中，人工智能一直是计算机学科的一部分，而最近一系列重大发展把人工智能带进了“第三纪元”。 尽管广义人工智能（有时亦称为强人工智能）尚有点遥远，但狭义人工智能（弱人工智能）却已不断以我们难以察觉的方式融入我们的生活。从汽车安全系统、航空订票系统、类似Siri的数字“助理”到电子游戏中的电脑对手，在经济领域都能发现狭义人工智能。 我们的机遇在于有更多的公司更广泛地采用人工智能，而不只是那些早已在人工智能运用中获益匪浅的跨国企业和软件公司。运用人工智能的挑战不光是认识到机遇来自于获取资源，还在于一般业务系统人工智能缺乏参照、规范和体系。鉴于管理部门、政府部门和投资者对人工智能的关注，对风险管理和授权管理的需求已初步显露并不断增长。

Mr. Jos Nolle

Dean Seneca International – Toronto, Canada

乔斯·诺里 —— 加拿大圣力嘉学院国际学院院长

Mr Nolle graduated with a Master Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from the University of Technology in Delft, the Netherlands in 1981. He worked for FOKKER Aircraft Ltd. From 1982 to 1988 and afterwards joined the international medical relief organization “Doctors without Borders” from 1988 to 1995 during which period he was based in countries in Africa and South America. In 1995 he moved to Canada and worked in the higher education system of the colleges and polytechnics. Since 2014 he oversees all the international operations of Seneca College, a large institution in the city of Toronto, generating with his team about $100M through activities around the world. All the activities focus on capacity building of the next generations of professionals on a global scale.

诺里先生于1981年毕业于荷兰代尔夫特科技大学工业设计工程专业。 1982—1988年，他任职于FOKKER航空公司；1988—1995年他参加了国际医疗救助组织“无国界医生”，在非洲和南美洲工作。1995年他来到加拿大，在高等教育和理工学院任职。 自2014年起他任职于位于加拿大多伦多的大型教育机构——圣力嘉学院，全面负责国际事务。他和他的团队通过世界各地的项目创造了1亿加元的价值。这些项目关注于如何在全球范围内进行下一代专业人才的能力构建。
